There is a positive correlation between a healthy diet and enhanced brain function.  The Wellness Bridge Program includes a personalized nutrition plan designed and supervised by a dietitian and implemented by nutritionists.  Members will learn how to make smart, healthy food choices.

Effective Exercise

Wellness Bridge Group’s exercise and fitness program includes three classes per week with certified wellness coaches. Cognitive studies conclude that three 40-minute sessions of cardiovascular exercise per week at 80% MaxHR will help maintain healthy brain function and enhance overall fitness. Studies also show that this type of cardiovascular exercise aids in delaying the symptoms or slowing the decline of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
